Our course tutors are all highly experienced programme and project managers who have a wealth of successful delivery expertise to draw upon and share with delegates. They also are proficient facilitators and business coaches with a level of credibility that only comes with experience. They are all practising project and programme managers as opposed to jobbing trainers and so are able to deliver value well beyond that of any ‘normal’ project management trainers.

1. We deliver in-house on client site or at a suitable venue organised by us or our client.
2. We have a core programme which we tailor and brand to a particular organisations specific needs.
3. The certification programme is 2.5 days with an optional exam on the morning of the final day.
4. The diploma programme is also 2.5 days with an optional practical and written exam on the morning of the final day.
   
5. We recommend a minimum of four (4) to a maximum of ten (10) delegates.
   
6. As the courses are very interactive, numbers are kept low to ensure each person attending gets the opportunity to participate fully in all areas of the programme.

Delegates are expected to share (non confidential & if appropriate non specific) information about projects that they have been involved in and must be ready to discuss what has gone well along with the challenges and obstacles faced, how they a felt about the situation, how they handled matters and, if they did, how they overcame or found a solution to the problem.

They will prepare present project information and communications and have the opportunity to practice other key skills in a safe learning environment.
