COMMERCIAL & SOFT SKILLS CERTIFICATION FOR PROJECT STAFF
A certificate or diploma from Project Master provides programme and company directors with the comfort of knowing that delegates who participate in and pass the Project Master accreditation process have been vetted by their peers and trained in areas critical to ensuring project success and the reduction of project risk:
PROJECT MASTER provides in-house and open courses at two core levels:
A two and a half day skills certification course which focuses 100% on commercial and soft skill development – following an intensive couple of days delegates will leave with renewed vigour and a set of skills modelled from top performing project managers and project support staff from around the industry.
At the end of the course delegates have the option of taking the certification exam a 50 question multiple choice test that confirms an individuals understanding of the concepts and skills covered. The exam counts 50% towards the total pass mark for the course, participation, in course exercises and value contribution to the event based on style, experience and attitude account for the other 50%. Delegates must obtain a pass mark at 80% to achieve certification.
All delegates who pass the course at this level are eligible to join the PROJECT MASTER on-line list of accredited Project Masters and use the letters CertPM after their names.
Delegates failing to meet the required pass mark but demonstrating a good base level understanding of the skills necessary to deliver successful project out comes as a project leader will receive a certificate of attendance.
(2)DIPLOMA – PM.Dip (Project Master Diploma)
A two and a half day skills certification diploma level course that builds on the skills developed during the certification course.
On the final morning of the course delegates have the option of taking the diploma an intensive and interactive practical exam that tests core skills such as presenting to a sponsor board, handling questions about their approach to managing difficult project scenarios and overcoming obstacles and challenges.
Delegates must obtain a pass to achieve certification and recognition as a professional Diploma accredited Project Master.
All delegates who pass the course at this level are eligible to join the PROJECT MASTER on-line list of accredited Project Masters and use the letters PM.Dip after their names.
